Since 2020, Spoon & Rice has been guided by the sole ownership and leadership of CEO John Belmonte and COO Glyndell Belmonte, united by a shared vision of bringing authentic Filipino street food to London.
What began as a commitment to bold, comforting flavours quickly grew, expanding across multiple locations and introducing the Sari-sari Store concept.
Through every stage of growth, their focus has remained the same: honouring Filipino heritage, creating welcoming spaces, and serving food made with warmth, care, and heart.
